The User of the SharedPic.com site`s services accepts, and obliges to the following conditions.

The Provider does not take responsibility over the data, photos or other information published by the SharedPic.com service. The Provider does not perform any kind of verification concerning the reliability, credibility and quality of the data published with the help of this service, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused by the information placed on the site by the User. The Provider cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Service.

The Provider can delete the materials uploaded by the User at any time without justification, and the service can be suspended or ceased at any given time.

The Provider saves the IP-address of the User at the time of uploading, based on which the User can be identified later. The Provider only gives such date to a third party to official authorities, in case of a judiciary process.
